Yesterday Ander and I made our first trip to Chicago to spend the day with Grandma. It was a perfect day with lots of smiles!

Isabella and Lucy came down to Dewey to visit their new cousin. We had a lot of laughs.

Veteran's Day

We all had the day off, so the Fitz Family made the drive down from Chicago. They brought some delicious Italian Beef sandwiches with them! Thanks Fitzs.

Fire it up

As the sun started setting, we decided to treat Ander to his first campfire- first of many no doubt.

It was beautiful yesterday. We bjorn'd the baby, got Linc his tennis ball, and spent the afternoon enjoying the fall weather.

Some friends stopped by yesterday- on horseback! Country living continues to surprise us. Ander seemed pretty impressed.

Steph even got a ride around the yard. Giddee up!

Good Morning

This morning I read "Good Morning Good Night" to Ander and we made it through with no crying (although it is a short book & I only read the good morning part - but still!). It was very nice. Later we will meet Daddy for lunch. Happy Friday!

Tummy Time

Today Ander had his first official tummy time and did great! He has a strong neck - but this is the best picture I could get. I kept missing it when his head was held up high. Then he was on his back & so happy! Lots of cooing, but no smiles yet.

Growing Ander

Last week was Ander's 4 week check-up and he's now 8.7 lbs and 21.5 inches. He's growing fast! And Scott fed him for the first time last week from a bottle - both were naturals!

First Halloween

Ander was pretty convincing as a lobster for his first Halloween. We made two stops in the suburbs, so he could show off for his cousins.
